Dakota Basketball League, LLC ("DBL," "we," or "us") respects the privacy of players, teams, partners, and visitors. We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, operate events, administer league activity, and improve the DBL experience.

Information you provide

When you submit a player-interest, sponsor-interest, event-registration, or contact form, you may provide your name, contact information, basketball background, business information, team details, or other information requested by that form. Forms linked from this website may be hosted by Google and are also subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices.

Website and connected services

The website may use basic hosting and traffic information to understand visits, diagnose problems, and protect the site. Embedded or linked services—including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Maps, and FLM Visuals—may collect information according to their own policies. DBL does not control third-party cookies or tracking.

Tickets and season passes

Stripe processes ticket payments on its secure checkout page. DBL receives purchase details, buyer contact information, and the names provided for All-Access passes; full card details are not stored on this website. DBL uses ticket identifiers and check-in records to verify admission, and an email delivery provider sends ticket access links and purchase notices. Ticket links and QR codes should be kept private. A hashed network address helps protect checkout requests. Sponsorship inquiries use a rotating hashed network address to limit spam.

Website analytics

DBL uses Google Analytics to understand public page visits, ticket selections, checkout starts, and confirmed purchases. Analytics may use cookies and pseudonymous browser identifiers. Purchase reports include ticket categories, quantities, amounts, and a non-secret order reference, not customer names, emails, QR codes, or private ticket links. Staff pages and private ticket URLs are excluded from analytics. A confirmed purchase can be reported from the receipt page with a generic confirmation URL and no ticket-access credentials. Promotional links may identify a referring sponsor, team, or campaign. Google advertising personalization and advertising signals are disabled in this implementation.

Sharing and retention

DBL does not sell personal information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. You may also decline optional communications at any time.
